After working 19 days straight... which severely impacted my exercise, I am back at it again.
The losses I saw at the beginning of this latest battle seemed to have disappeared. And fast. My June 20 weight was a shocking 127.3. Blame the sedentary life of a TV producer and jumping back on the nightly beer and wine wagon for that.
However, work will settle down for the summer and I am back at the weight loss project with gusto. My bike has been pulled from storage and today I went for an inaugural ride: From 2nd/Main to Stanley Park via the seawall. And back.
Not a huge ride, but I don't want to injure myself. After all, I've not cycled in nearly two years! Unbelievable!!
Back to today:
Weight: 125.6 (yay!)
Ex: cycle (1 hour or so)
Booze: none yet
I've also learned that there is a gym at work. I'll check that out Monday. And, if I'm not stiff AND I'm up super early, I'll go for a morning ride.
