So after being "good" all day, I came home from work famished. Not only did I tipple the 3 cans for beer in the fridge (over 2 hours)... I dove into the granola bars. They're the thin, crispy variety -- but I did have 4.
The lesson here is: starvation = loss of control.
Today I am going to try and eat more in the evening. I am working again, so it's not easy to eat healthy and cheaply. However, there is a Subway near by, and a 1/2 veg sub should be enough. Or perhaps something frozen from the IGA. Not living at home these days and taking transit makes bringing dinner difficult.
I am also very hungry now (8:50am). I'll try and quash that with some V8 and coffee. Eggs (2) will follow. Then perhaps a stroll of some sort.

No stroll. Just errands. Ugh. Wolfed down 2 bananas (different times), some more exteme green smoothie, and... that was lunch & snack.
Dinner: Footlong veggie sub @ Subway. No cheese or mayo.
Snak: pretzels.
