The "bad" of Monday was just 2 rum & mango drinks cut with some gassy water. I consumed these between getting home after midnight and crashing around 2.
Today:
Got up around 9 -- was lazy in making breakfast. In the morning I had coffee w/goat milk.
A banana. Vanilla yogurt.
Lunch:
2 crisp bread (about 110cal)
3 eggs mixed with fresh salsa and hot sauce
After a drive up the coast on the Sea-to-Sky (man, this is paradise) and burning no calories, I met up with Fun Man Ted for a wheezy climb up the Baden Powell trail in Deep Cove. Beautiful.
Dinner: Ah, more healthy eats! Loaded up on Veg, so its a big stir fry avec poulet ce soir. Mon dieu! There were no bean sprouts to be had, so it's bok choy instead.
Oh, and a glass of cheap red. :)
A good day. Weight? Who cares! Size? Who cares! Happy!
