Work day (2-11)
Breakfast: Eggs, salsa, mixed fruit
Lunch: rushing around getting ready -- just some fruit.
Dinner: Bad news! Mike K @ work made a suggestion: thin crust pizza. We ordered, we ate. Also some boneless chicken blobs. With hot sauce. And a salad, which I am saving for Monday. Not terrible, but not great.
Booze: Glass of wine... beerless for a week +.
Feeling healthy, though back is paining me. Also some leg pain. This comes and goes. Not sure of the cause -- me thinks pinched nerve.
Weight: unknown. No change in waist size that I can tell. Clothes are not loser. But, there should be something going on. I've been pretty good. Especially the beer.
