Day off, but pouring rain. That's the excuse for minimal exercise.
The food:
Breakfast: Granola bar, coffee, banana, organic smoothie, pear
Lunch: (w/hughes -- cheap chinese -- shanghai noodle, bbq pork, chicken currey)
Dinner: (w/lorne -- Thai Son -> soup w/beef & 1 salad roll )
Snack: Organic smoothie
Booze: None
Health: Ok, vaguely sore throat
Size: nothing loser, still no scale.
