Broke down completely yesterday.
Lunch: Salad and veggie pot pie. Two beer.
Dinner: 3/4 of a large Panago pizza. Bread sticks. 1/2 bottle of wine.
The price? Another gain... to 240.5.
That's nearly 5 pounds higher than my lowest.
I've still got a bit of pizza, and plans for a beer today, but then it's back to Blerk.
And now I know what real food does without any exercise.
Yikes!
