I broke down last night. After a long meeting about a cool project, I was starving. I tried to find a pizza joint that had seating, but failed. So I hit Tim Horton's for one of their sandwiches - a ham and Swiss. I also downed a bottle of wine. Whoops!
I expected the worst this morning. But, surprise, surprise, I was down 2.5 lbs from yesterday to 235.2 lbs. I checked this numerous times.
This means I'm .2 lbs from a 30 pound loss (finally!) and very confused. I also expect a huge rebound tomorrow. But maybe not. We'll see.
I'll just be happy that I'm now at my lowest weight since I started this project. Halfway there!
