Up to 236.8 - why does busting through 235 have to be so difficult? Maybe it's me. Add to the bad food list from yesterday: 1 beer, 1/2 bottle of wine, wasabi peas, crab flavoured pollock and little exercise.
I guess the answer(s) are staring me in the face. Need more exercise. Got to make time for it.
Argh!
