Down to 235.6 - I was pretty good yesterday. Mostly juice all day... plus two or three bananas and some wine at the end of a long day at the plant.
Hope I can break 230 soon! It'd be nice to be in the 220s by the time I go south. I think there's more than enough time to do that.
