Down again... to 234.4.
This is good because while I didn't each much yesterday, I didn't really juice either. I had several eggs, some refried beans, a couple of tins of cider, a splash of wine and not much else.
One week to break 230. Can it be done?!
More importantly, can it be done by eating a more normal diet?
We'll see.
