Weight up again. Slight increase to 244.9. That's up 1.5 pounds in two days. Not sure why. Perhaps it was the wine on the weekend? A couple of shots of Whisky? Water retention?
A bit disappointing, considering it's happening just days before Day 60. I doubt very much I'll hit the 25 lb loss goal. But we'll see. There are still 4 weigh-ins to go before I take a break.

One take-away? I'm going to have to start making more of my own juice. Definitely.
Hip sore this morning, but hopefully it goes away like yesterday. That was liberating!
