Weight finally down from the spike, but not below the lowest recorded weight. Yet.
Currently: 243.6.
Very doubtful that I will break 240 by Saturday, and I have a feeling I may go up again tomorrow. I reckon I will avoid avocados from this point forward. Perhaps mashing up tomatoes and tuna is a better idea.
Or just straight tuna,
