It's Monday and that means back to the TV job. Stayed up late last night due to work/catching up. Up early this morning (6 hours sleep). Playing catch-up this morning before work.
Diet is going well. Nothing really to report. Trying to drink more homemade juice -- made some last night.
I'll also will fit in some Wii yoga before I head out. Yesterday's first workout was surprisingly difficult. I am really out of shape.
Oh well... baby steps.
