Disappointed on Day 60. Another gain. Small, but it still means I haven't really lost anything in a week.
Up .2 lbs to 243.8.
Still, a pretty decent loss (-21.2), but there is no way I'll break 240 by tomorrow.
So what to do?
I have a whisky/food fest scheduled tomorrow. Also, I was going to take a two week break, but now I wonder if I should.
Maybe I'll take a one day break. Or a one meal break.
I'd rather stick with this than go backwards for two weeks.
And I think I really need to stick closer to the diet. More homemade blerk.
Argh. Blah. Pfft.
