Plateauing again. This is frustrating, but it does seem to happen on a regular basis. I wonder if I should be stricter -- ie. dropping the tuna/fruit. Perhaps I'll try for a week. After I've used it all up.
I'm going to try and get out for daily walks. Yesterday I walked from the hotel up to Royal Centre and back... basically 2 km. I think doing just that every day will help.
Anyway, there's no reason to stop. After all, 90 days ago I weighed 265. This morning I'm 237.9 -- almost 30 lbs lighter.
