GAIN from yesterday. Grr. Sitting at 243.4.
Will I ever break 240?
Not sure why I'm seesawing... tuna? carrots?
Frustrating.
Did yoga this morning. About 15 mins. So there.
Pain levels low. Hip tender, so I did the roller.
I think it's time to incorporate more exercise daily.
I'm in a busy stretch, so it's hard to find time... but things will lighten up next week.
And so it goes.
