March 28, 2013 - Day 87

8:30am

Weight up again (238.5)... but, looking at my graph, it's part of the weekly cycle: two steps forward, one step back. Slow and steady, I guess.

Health is good. Hip is OK.

It's a stay at home work day, which means sitting all day. Boo. Perhaps I should venture out to a coffee joint?

Not much else to report. Looking forward to breaking 30 pounds...
