Good Friday begins with good news: down to 237.0 - lowest yet. Weight loss is still slower than I'd like, but it is still going the right way.
Went for a stroll yesterday - the hip was annoying. Perhaps aspirin or the roller before walking?
Also, it's obvious I need to increase exercise - even if it's just the Wii. I'm going to have to make time for that, as a little every day will make a difference in the long run.
But for now, all good.
