FINALLY.
Now down 25.4 lbs to 239.6! Two goals met - breaking through 240 pounds and losing more than 25.
How long will it last before a rebound? Who knows, but I certainly expect it. It seems I go up and down (according to my chart) but always further down eventually.
Body and spirit are fine, although I have shitloads of work to attend to.
And so it goes.
