Good news... back down to the record low of 239.6 (a tie). Hopefully a new record tomorrow.
I've been playing a bit fast and loose with the booze this week. Since the weekend, I've had three bottles of wine and one cider. Not sure what the effect is/will be. I'll hop back on the wagon for a spell.
I have the feeling that I may be consuming too few calories (and slowing the process), or perhaps drinking store juice is the problem. But that said, as of today, I can make the following calculations:
Start: 265
Today: 239.6
Time: 80 days
Loss per day: .31
Loss per week: 2.22
Even though I've been seesawing a bit, the weight loss, over the long term, is steady. I think 2+ pounds per week is a good rate, even though at times I don't think that I'm losing fast enough (see above!).
Based on the above numbers, I can make the following predictions:
Predicted weight on Day 120 [May 1, 2013] (40x.31=12.4 // 239.6-12.4=): 227.2
Days to reach goal weight #1 of 220: 63 days or 9 weeks more [Day 143 or May 23, 2013]
Days to reach goal weight #2 of 200: 127 days or 18 weeks more [Day 207 or July 26, 2013]
The take away?
By the time I leave Vancouver in May, I should be close to my 220 goal. Moldova could mess things up a bit, but maybe once I add cycling to the mix, the rate of loss will increase.
And regardless, having already dropped 25+ lbs is nothing but good. And healthy. And remarkably easy. Although I did have some miso soup last night (in addition to the wine).
