Good sleep. Moderate hip/shoulder pain.
No coffee (yet). Drank decaf chai.
Breakfast included a banana.
Early walk to waterfront.
UPDATE - 9 pm
The day went well with normal hip pain, not much hunger. Ate an avocado, some carrots and a can of tuna this evening.
I've had the runs since midday. Not sure from what -- especially since I'm on a liquid diet (mostly).
Ah well.
And so I goes!
