Internal issues seem to be gone. Avoiding "my" juice, just in case it hasn't aged well. I've got lots of store bought veggie and fruit juices on hand.
Slept until 8 am -- that's something like 10 hours.
Standard hip pain, so I hit the foam roller for a few minutes. I plan to up the amount of physio in the coming weeks.
Overall wellness feeling? 8/10.
Off to work.
Evening: Came home, chilled. Guts were bad all day, better in the evening. Crashed at 11.
