Sunday. 8:30 pm
So... Day 6 is almost over. Things seem to be getting easier, though I have zero idea if I am actually losing any weight. Must get a scale. This week, perhaps.
I don't know if eating a couple of handfuls of walnuts is cheating, but whatever. I did and I have no regrets!
This morning I dragged the juicer and a shitload of veggies/fruit to the common kitchen. I made up some green juice with spinach, tomatoes, ginger, lemons and more. And then I made a couple of different juices with mixtures of different ingredients. I'm all set for the next three days back at work.
I didn't get a walk in due to the shit weather. Instead I decided to get some freelance work done and out of the way. Tomorrow I'll build some walking into my day.
The takeaway?
Sleep: Excellent - 10 hours, last five without waking up until I woke up. :) Note that I never set an alarm. I wake up when my body says it's time to wake up.
Health: Feel great.
Hunger: Not too bad.
Hip: Fine, but didn't really test it today.
Certainly doing this for four more days isn't going to be an issue. Sixty (or rather, 50) still seems like a lot. But that assessment will come on Day 10. I'll likely just do a series of 10 day "fasts" back to back until March.
And so it goes...
