Right, here we go again. Another plan to lose more weight.
Lest you think this is a New Year's resolution, I've actually been transitioning from food you chew to food you drink over the past week. Today is D day.
I'm not going to be super strict initially, but I will try to adhere to a straight juice diet as much as possible. For example, I'm not giving up coffee. Yet. Nor the cream. Yet. Sushi is going to be another tough one and I may fall off the wagon once or twice.
But that's OK. I think with a little breathing room - at least initially - I can do this.
And so it begins:
January 1, 2013
Weight: 265 (Wendy's North Van scale)
Belt: 2-3 holes remaining
Pants 44
Left hip pain: Moderate
Overall feeling: VG-Excellent
Planned exercise: Minimal
I won't list everything I eat (drink), but here's today's menu so far:
- Glass of mixed home juice (kale, spinach, carrots, beets, apples, oranges, celery) and Bolthouse green smoothie.
- Coffee + tin milk
