Monday. 5:45pm
Last night's sleep wasn't as solid as previous days. I had a hard time getting comfortable -- shoulder pain for some reason. And I was agitated, over what I'm not certain.
When I did fall asleep it was a poor one. But I woke up (without an alarm, of course) around 6:30 am feeling full of energy.
I drank my juice and relaxed a bit before work. It was a horrible, rainy day, so my exercise outside was minimal. That's two days in a row. I'll have to change it up tomorrow.
Felt good all day. Finished my homemade juice by 1 pm and then drank a litre of store bought back-up. Energy levels good all day. Hip good most of the day, but a little sore in the late afternoon -- likely from all the sitting.
Tonight, another night at home -- which, if boring, makes it easy to stick to the diet. A handful (or two) of almonds and a litre of juice will accompany a movie, methinks.
Day 7 was pretty decent. Now, about that scale...
