Day 3. Midday.
Day two ended successfully... no cheating, save the coffee and milk. But that's not cheating as I'm not cutting those items from my diet. Yet.
I managed to avoid sushi, turning instead to a can of V8 and some bottled juice. Store bought juice may not be as good as homemade juice, but, I haven't had time to make a large batch. I plan to today.
I found my energy level really crashed in the late afternoon of day two. My blood sugar was all wonky. This tells me I need constant intake... at least at the beginning.
So far day 3 is going well. I'm not hungry per se, but I do feel a little off and despite a good sleep, I'm tired. I've been trying to drink juice on a constant basis.
It's midday and I'm finishing up some work before heading to the grocery story. A little walk may help.
I don't really see not being able to carry on for 10 days (just six to go). And if I can do 10, then I should be able to do another 10 and another 10 and so on. Regardless, the initial plan is for 10 and that's my focus for now. Having a non-San Pedro social life definitely helps!
San Pedro, T&Ks wedding and my birthday are the things that will keep me honest. I have definite plans for this spring and summer and the only way those plans will unfold the way I want them to is to be far lighter. I'm closer.
Not sure what I weigh today... but here's the deets:

UPDATE: Walked to get groceries, hip pain was substantial. BAH!
Overall feeling: Good. Tired.
Planned exercise: Minimal
Sleep: Excellent
